Document templates

Using templates gives you the possibility of reusing the same documents only changing very little.

Template wizard

This wizard is going to help you prepare your document for AuthorizeDoc. It scans the document and finds placeholders. These you can use to collect the information needed to finalise the document before signing.

It will scan the template and find placeholders that you can configure to collect information before you send the document or for the receiver to fill in before signing the document.'

Document wizard

This wizard guides you through the steps of creating a new document. You can either use a template you've created or use a document directly.

You select a template, fill the missing information and send the document.

Email templates

Build your own personalised email which is what will be sent to the receiver with a link to fill out the document.

Tracking

We have comprehensive tracking of all activities related to your document. When your document has been downloaded by all who have signed, we delete it from our system. You will be able to recreate it, going through the process of signing again.

Multiple signatures

You have the possibility of having multiple signatures, thus being able to automatically sign for various people.

Integrations

We have several options for you to have the final document automatically saved to the online storage of your choice. We support, AWS/S3, OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive. Missing one, let's find a solution.

Rest API

AuthorizeDoc supports REST API, so you'll be able to integrate our system into any other supporting this.

Upload and attach documents/pictures

We provide the possibility of adding PDF/images to your documents or ask for the receiver to upload.

Teams

Group your employees into teams for them to share templates and information or to separate information from different departments, it’s up to you.
